The complex automation systems engineering.

At the facility implemented a set of automation systems engineering, which includes automatic control and management:

• 3 Air handling units that provide air flow into the residential part of the building (37 apartments), office area and an underground car park;
• 2 exhaust systems, including 1 with the back switch;
• 13 exhaust fans, including 2 with the back switch;
• 5 fans smoke (in the zones of residential, underground car park and office area);
• 8 fans air overpressure (for areas of the office and an underground car park);
• supply and exhaust systems of the room with the location of telecommunications equipment;
• 7 drainage pit;

The total number of valves controlled by the automation system of more than 160 pieces. The number of automation cabinets - 17 pcs. 
In addition, the facility installed accounting system vodoresursov consumers (apartments, office and common parts), and supervisory control system that provides communications manager with the technical areas of the facility, as well as visual inspection of the engineering equipment located at the facility.
